Over the years it seems that we have crafted every possible moulding profile from historic reproductions through each architectural period to todays "standards." Yet... even with thousands of patterns captured in our tooling archives, we will gladly tool up for new additional profiles as customers bring them in.
Browse through our books or bring us your sample or sketch. The steps are as follows:
- You choose an existing profile, or we capture your profile in our computer system
- Tooling, called "knives," is made on-site for our machinery
- Wood is drawn from inventory and prepared for the run
- The molding is run on the molding machines
- Each length is carefully inspected to ensure a smooth, all but sanding free finish
- Lengths are bundled and prepared for pickup or shipment
